Remodelling
Remodelling [definition]: the act of changing or altering the structure, style, or form of something.
Working in fashion I'm appalled at the harm the industry is doing to the planet and believe it is our duty to make each garment count and consequently our clothes work for as long as possible. That's why it's important to remodel, reshape and revamp.
With the overwhelming levels of waste generated by the fashion industry and the recent trends in recycling, upcycling and reusing clothes, it's time we take stock of what we have and see how we can make this work for us now.
This service is a way to reimagine a garment. It could be an 80’s jacket which needs the shoulders narrowing, a dress that would be better without sleeves (or indeed with sleeves!), a dress that no longer fits around the waist or simply a trim which looks dated. In most cases, a solution can be found whether it’s removal, replacement or insertion.
